The Senior Citizens Friendship Evening is an annual event which takes place in City Hall, usually in February.  It is jointly organized by both the Cork Rotary and Cork Bishopstown Rotary Clubs.

The event is particularly aimed at providing social contact for those who would enjoy an improved social context. 

A light meal of sandwiches, cakes etc. is served by the Rotarians and entertainment is provided by the Irish Army Band as well as by singers and dancers from around our community.

It is usually attended by between 200 and 300 guests each year and is very much appreciated by all attendees.
