Every year the Club holds a ‘walking‘ treasure hunt around the City of Cork. The event is a fundraiser for various charities and projects , both local and international.

On many occasions the funds have gone to our districts overseas project in Rombo , Kenya , where there is and ongoing development in Education, Health and Water Supply. This year we will be focusing on the District Governors nominated charity ‘ Cancer Fund for Children’ in their development of a support and respite centre known as ‘Daisy Lodge’ in Cong , Co Mayo.

Our event this year will be held on Sunday 8th June 2025, and starts from the foyer of the River Lee Hotel at between 10.00 and 10.30 am.
